Welcome to Wild Ranch Studio.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit our website or purchase products from Wild Ranch Studio (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Our Store

Wild Ranch Studio sells country, western and lifestyle products, including products that may be printed, produced or personalised especially for your order.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products.

2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately.

Please be aware that:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

  • Printed colours may differ slightly from their digital appearance.

  • Placement, sizing and finish may vary slightly as part of the production process.

  • Product images may include lifestyle mockups used to show how a design may look on the finished product.

Small variations that are normal for the relevant manufacturing or printing process are not necessarily defects.

Your statutory rights still apply where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

3. Product Sizing

Please check the sizing information provided on the product page carefully before ordering clothing or other size-dependent products.

You are responsible for selecting the correct size.

If you order the wrong size, we do not offer a voluntary exchange or refund simply because another size would have been preferred.

If we send a different size from the one you ordered, please contact us so we can put this right.

4. Personalised Products

Where a product allows personalisation, you are responsible for checking that all information you provide is correct.

This includes names, dates, wording, spelling, numbers, colours or other custom information.

We cannot be responsible for errors that appear on a finished product where the product has been produced correctly using the information you supplied.

If we make an error when producing your order, please contact us and we will put it right.

Products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not be eligible for cancellation or return simply because you change your mind, subject always to your statutory rights.

 

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.

You will receive an order confirmation after your order is submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

  • We are unable to fulfil the order

  • An order breaches these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

 

6. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout.

Any applicable delivery costs, taxes or other charges will be displayed or calculated where appropriate before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

 

7. Production

Some Wild Ranch Studio products are produced or printed after you place your order.

Production times are separate from delivery times.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.

 

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If you realise that you have entered the wrong address, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section affects any legal rights you may have relating to delivery of your goods.

 

9. International Orders

Customers ordering from outside the country from which their order is fulfilled may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges where applicable.

Any such charges imposed by the destination country are normally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may also be affected by customs processing.

 

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and explains our procedures for damaged, faulty, incorrect and returned products.

We do not provide voluntary refunds or exchanges simply because you:

  • Ordered the wrong size

  • Selected the wrong colour or variation

  • Changed your mind

  • No longer want the product

  • Supplied incorrect personalisation details

However, this does not limit any cancellation, refund, replacement or other rights that you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.

11. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide your order number and photographs showing the problem so that we can investigate and resolve it.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by these Terms.


12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Wild Ranch Studio website, including our:

  • Artwork

  • Designs

  • Illustrations

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product photographs

  • Written content

  • Product descriptions

is owned by, licensed to or used with permission by Wild Ranch Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or intellectual property used on that product.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our website content or designs without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

 

13. Customer-Supplied Content

Where we allow you to provide wording, photographs, images or other content for personalisation, you must have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.

You must not submit content that:

  • Infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other rights

  • Is unlawful

  • Is defamatory

  • Is threatening or abusive

  • Is obscene or otherwise inappropriate

We may refuse an order containing content that we reasonably believe breaches these requirements.

 

14. Acceptable Use of Our Website

You must not knowingly:

  • Use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

If you choose to subscribe to our marketing communications, we may send you information about new products, offers and Wild Ranch Studio news.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Transactional communications relating to an order are separate from marketing communications and may still be sent where necessary to fulfil your order.

 

18. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from faulty or misdescribed goods or other statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Wild Ranch Studio will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses suffered by a consumer purchasing products primarily for personal use.

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, carrier disruption, customs delays, industrial action, natural disasters, widespread technical failures or disruption affecting manufacturing or fulfilment providers.

Where such circumstances significantly affect your order, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation and will respect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

 

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes to our store, products, services or legal requirements.

The version that applies to your purchase will generally be the version published on our website when your order was placed.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

 

21. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply as far as permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which Wild Ranch Studio is established.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights or protections you have under the laws applicable to you.
